The Server list won’t load, and I’m getting an error! I’m getting an error saying “Error Unauthorized” where the servers should be!

Description of issue

This issue is caused by an Internet Service provider (ISP) failing to connect to SCP: SL’s central servers. In some cases, the ISP blocks Central Servers entirely.

Ensure your PC meets our minimum system requirements. Your PC specs should match or be more powerful than the current minimum specs on steam. Anything less powerful risks having issues occur simply due to your hardware not being able to keep up with SCP:SL. As well, please ensure you are on an up-to-date version of Windows 11 and other operating systems are not supported at this time.

Resolution steps

• Perform a Clean Reinstall.
• Turn your router off for 5 minutes and turn it back on
• Contact your internet provider to request a new IP Address.
  
• Attempt to Play SCP:SL with a VPN of your choice. Here is our list of VPNs. Should you be able to connect via a VPN, the issue lies with your internet connection - you should contact your internet provider for further assistance.
