Other players are freezing ingame and teleporting!

Description of issue

Other players appear to be teleporting ingame mid-round despite having a good looking connection. No disconnect happens.

Possible Solution:

• If you are on WI-FI, please switch to ethernet if possible. If you are on ethernet, please switch to WI-FI.
  
• Please try reinstalling your network drivers here
• Restart your Router (turn off for 5 minutes, turn back on)
• Install or repair VCRedist
• Try using a VPN such as https://protonvpn.com
  • If you are from Russia/China this most likely isn't an option and you'll need to seek support from the Russian community members.
