Description of issue

This issue is caused by a variety of factors, all of which we’ll need to debug internally with the help of a Systems Administrator.

Ensure your PC meets our minimum system requirements. Your PC specs should match or be more powerful than the current minimum specs on steam. Anything less powerful risks having issues occur simply due to your hardware not being able to keep up with SCP:SL. As well, please ensure you are on an up-to-date version of Windows 11 and other operating systems are not supported at this time.

This issue will require you to open a support ticket on our discord to receive assistance. Unfortunately the cause of these errors are very widespread, and each requires individual attention. As such, we cannot simply list a set of common fixes at this time. Apologies for the inconvenience.
