SCP:SL crashes on launch after a splash screen

Description of issue

This issue is typically caused by one of three specific problems- either inadequate hardware, corrupt files, or an issue with the Anticheat.

Ensure your PC meets our minimum system requirements. Your PC specs should match or be more powerful than the current minimum specs on steam. Anything less powerful risks having issues occur simply due to your hardware not being able to keep up with SCP:SL. As well, please ensure you are on an up-to-date version of Windows 10/11 and other operating systems are not supported at this time.
