“You have been kicked by a server modification” error!

Description of issue

This error is caused by server modifications, which are plugins installed by community owners. Verified servers are required to show a custom error when a plugin is kicks a user (as opposed to an error originating from the game itself). If you are seeing an error with this message, you will need to contact the community server owner or staff to have it resolved.

The most common error message of this type occurs when a user is attempting to connect to a server using a VPN, while the server has an anti-VPN plugin (e.g. CedMod) to prevent abuse.

Please do not open a ticket for this issue. These error messages are not caused by SCP:SL itself.
