A virtual private network (VPN) is an overlay network that uses network virtualization to extend a private network across a public network. Sometimes, the issue may a faulty hardware or an ISP issue and the solution could be to use a VPN software.

Which do we advise?

These VPNs are able to connect to our central servers without any issues, while staying free at the same time.
We recommend trying the following:

Proton VPN

Proton VPN is an open-source virtual private network service developed by Proton AG. Thanks to being based in Switzerland, it offers a no-logs policy, including more features, but at the cost of being more complex.
