Resolving network issues
This is a generic guide with resolutions to resolve issues. Following the below instructions will fix a good amount of them, in the case that they dont, please scroll to the bottom of this guide and contact our technical support team.

Windows stuff
- Verify the integrity of your Windows installation to ensure that you are not missing any necessary files.
- Ensure that you are not on Windows Insider Edition
Driver updates
- Take a look at our Intel driver update guide here!
General solutions
- Try refreshing your authentication token by:
- Opening your player console by pressing
` or ~ - Type
arand press enter. - Check for green text that should appear afterwards stating “Authentication Token renewed”.

- Perform a clean reinstall here.
- Moving the game to another drive
- Connect an ethernet cable to your PC and Router if possible, or if you are already using ethernet, try using a wifi connection.
- Attempt a reinstall of network drivers
- Attempt to play the game with a VPN of your choice. We recommend any VPN from our list of VPNs.
- Should you be able to connect via a VPN, the issue lies with your internet connection - you should contact your internet service provider for further assistance.
