Black Screen on Joining Server & Level Creation Failure

Cause & Solution:
This issue occurs when required libraries aren’t installed before the SCP:SL dedicated server starts. Install only the dependencies below (using the official links) and then restart your server. As an additional measure, perform a clean reinstall of the server files and verify that none of the library packages are missing or corrupted.
