Resolving crash issues

This is a generic guide with resolutions to solve issues. Following the below instructions will fix a good amount of them, in the case that they dont, please scroll to the bottom of this guide and contact our technical support team.

Resolutions

Please first make sure that you have tested your server without plugins. Plugins are the reason for most crashes. This means no exiled plugins, no exiled, no labapi plugins, none.

Windows stuff

• Verify the integrity of your Windows installation to ensure that you are not missing any necessary files. 
• Ensure that you are not on Windows Insider Edition
• Try installing mono.

Linux stuff

• In .config/SCP Secret Laboratory/config/config_localadmin_global.txt Make sure that la_no_set_cursor is set to true. Not false.
  
• Try installing mono.

General solutions

• Try disabling idle_mode_enabled in your config_gameplay file.
• Validate the server files
  
• Restart your PC entirely
