Anything typed in localadmin does nothing

Description of issue

This issue usually just happens on linux servers in the terminal - it is because of the "la_no_set_cursor" config in localadmin.

If you go to the localadmin config which is stored at:
.config/SCP Secret Laboratory/config/config_localadmin_global.txt

change the la_no_set_cursor config to true.
Once that is done restart localadmin and all should be good.
