Contacting the verification team

This guide explains how to contact the SCP:SL Verification Team via email for:

  • Geolocation changes (moving your server to a new region)

  • Token resets (if you lost your verification token)

  • Reporting servers (fake/broken/misbehaving verified servers)

Official Verification Team Email: server.verification@scpslgame.com

Abuse reports email: server.abuse@scpslgame.com

What to Include in the Email:

  • Subject line that says what you need (examples below)

  • Your server IP

  • Your Discord username (so they can contact you if needed)

  • Proof (if reporting a server)

Geolocation Change Request

Reporting a Server

What Happens Next?

If you have gotten a follow up automatic email about an hour after sending your original email please continue with this guide, otherwise please get in touch with the tech support team at our discord.

  • Response Time: Usually 1-7 days.

  • Do not send another email to the verification team regarding your verified status. You will be sent to the back of the queue.

  • Do not DM any verification member regarding your verification. They will not help.
