How do I install plugins on my server? (LabAPI)

LabAPI (also known as the Northwood Plugin API/NWAPI) is the official server‑side plugin loader and framework included with 14.1 SCP: Secret Laboratory dedicated server build. It provides C# event hooks, configuration management and dependency handling for third‑party plugins.
