Sudden Server Freezing Issue on Windows VDS/VPS Servers

Description of issue

This issue generally occurs on operating systems above Windows 2012 Server. The reason is that the "quick edit mode" is enabled in the console that opens when we start the server. To resolve this issue, the user needs to right-click on the console and uncheck the box labeled "quick edit mode".
