Players on My Server Are Getting Random Timeouts!

Plugin issue

Disable all of your LabAPI plugins (Exiled is a LabAPI plugin) and test for 1-2 rounds. If the issue no longer occurs, identify the plugin by adding them back 1 by 1 and remove the one that causes the issue.

Hosting issue/Packet loss

Packet loss of around 10-20% can trigger this issue, causing random kicks. Contact your hosting provider for assistance regarding this.

General connection issues

Try using a different DNS. To change your DNS, go to Network Settings > Change Adapter Options > Right-click your network > Properties > Select 'Internet Protocol Version 4' > Use the following DNS server addresses. Example DNS: 

• Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4

• Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1

If the issue persists, revert your DNS settings back to the original configuration.
