I Restarted My Server and Now I Can't Connect!

Cause:
This issue typically occurs on Windows servers. Sometimes, after restarting the server, the previous server session remains running in the background. As a result, two server instances end up using the same port, which prevents players from connecting.

Solution:
Open Task Manager, locate the server process that did not close properly, and manually end the task to free the port.
