Running "!verify" in LocalAdmin doesn't work!

Description of Issue

Running !verify in LocalAdmin doesn't output anything into the console.

How do I resolve this?

This may be due to one or more of these issues:

• contact_email is not properly set in your gameplay config (config_gameplay.txt)
  
• serverinfo_pastebin_id is not properly set in your gameplay config or default value is being used (config_gameplay.txt)
• la_no_set_cursor is set to false (solution to this can be found here)
