My "SCP: Secret Laboratory Dedicated Server" tool shows a BUY button instead of a PLAY button

This is a quite weird bug that occurs once after a while, to fix it simply follow the guide below!

Resolution:

1. Press Win + R to open Run dialog box
2. Enter steam://launch/996560 and press OK
3. Done! Your dedicated server tool should force update itself
