I'm getting "Verification passcode is not correct" error message

This error usually happens due to the token in verkey.txt being incorrect, or invalidated.

Server being offline for extended time, resulting in verkey becoming invalid.
Server IP changed (dynamic IP) and user not requesting dynamic IP verification.
- Note: Server verification is IP bound. If you are using a host provider, it is port bound. Please reach out to your host provider if you are getting this error, they should be able to reissue you a verkey.

Please contact our verification team via the server.verification@scpslgame.com email from the same email that is in config_gameplay.txt, to confirm ownership. In the email ask for a token reset and provide your server's IP, port and if you have a static or dynamic IP.
- If your IP is dynamic please include that you have a dynamic IP in the email.
