InternalServerError when server gets verified

Description of issue

This issue happens when the server gets verified in our central servers. For example, the !verify dynamic/static command is entered and once the centrals are supposed to send a link back confirming verification, it instead sends back a red internalservererror message providing not alot of other details.

Resolution

One of the reasons this could happen is due to the server IP address not having any geolocation data in our maxmind database - this can easily be resolved by our verification team.
