This guide explains how to contact the SCP:SL VerificationSafety Team.

What can the VerificationCompliance Team do?

Theemail following types of requests can be sent to server.verification@scpslgame.com:for:

  • Manual Verification (if you are unable to perform AutoVerification of your server);
  • GeoLocationGeolocation changes (moving your server to anothera regionnew of the Server List);region)

  • Token resets (if you lost your server's verification token is lost or compromised);token)

  • IPReporting Changesservers (iffake/broken/misbehaving youverified wantservers)

    to transfer your server to another IP);
  • Clarification of VSR rules (feel free to ask your questions on VSR matters).

What to Include in the EmailEmail:

  • Email Subject line(describe thethat typesays of request in your mail's title;what you canneed see some (examples below);

  • Your server'sserver externalIP

  • Port

    Your Discord username (forso instance:they 64.40.9.7:7781);
    can contact you if needed)

  • Proof (if reporting a server).

Reporting a Server

What Happens Next?

If you have gotten a follow up automatic email about an hour after sending your original email please continue with this guide, otherwise please get in touch with the Techtech Supportsupport team at our discord.

  • Response Time: Usually 1-7 days.

    • server.verification (requests) - within 5 workdays;

    • server.abuse (reports) - within 4 weeks;
    • Requests are handled on an oldest first basis.

  • Do not send duplicateanother requests/mails.
