Use a VPN

Sometimes the issue may be out of our control, be it faulty hardware or an ISP issue. Often, the solution to this is to use a VPN.

We recommend using

• Cloudflare WARP is another free option.

These VPNs are able to connect to our central servers without problems. Not all VPNs can due to cloudflare blocking them.
