My game keeps crashing when it reaches 90% while loading!

The issue usually happens when a user is joining a server or loading the game. The client will end up crashing when it reaches 90% in most cases.

Resolution

We have several solutions available that may be able to fix this issue:

• Disable Fullscreenfullscreen Optimizationsoptimizations
  
  • Open Steamsteam →> Library →> find "SCP: Secret Laboratory" →> right click and click "Properties" →> Manage →> "Browse local files"
  • Right click SCPSL.exe →> Propertiesproperties →> Compatibilitycompatibility →> toggle "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations".

• Open Soundsound Settings:settings: Right-Right click the speaker icon in your taskbar and select Sound settings.Settings
• Select Recording and then select your microphone
• Right click your microphone and select Properties
• Look for Audio enhancements and set the dropdown menu to off
