Failed to authenticate: non-issued token used for Authentication

Description of issue

Players get disconnected when joining the server with the error message:

failed to authenticate: non-issued token used for Authentication

Possible Causes:

  • Timezone out of sync on the server

Solution:

  • Contact the server staff/owner and let them know of this issue.


If you are the server owner or have access to the server host, please set the timezone to the proper one where the server is physical located.
    If hosting on Windows: Windows settings -> Time & Language -> Date & Time. If hosting on linux: Follow this guide, or change the server timezone in your host/VPS provider panel.
