This issue is caused by a variety of factors, all of which we’ll need to debug internally with the help of a Systems Administrator.

Before continuing, please ensure that you meet the requirements to play SCP:SL. Your PC specs should match or be more powerful than the current minimum specs on steam- anything less powerful risks having issues occur simply due to your hardware not being able to keep up with SCP:SL. As well, please ensure you are on an up-to-date version of windows 8.1 or 10- Windows 11 and other operating systems are not supported at this time.
