0. Renting a game server

Renting a game server is the simplest way to host a server, as almost everything is done for you. It is similar to VPS hosting with the differences being a proper UI and autoverification.  If you prefer to selfhost the server, please follow page 1. in the Hosting a Server 101 chapter!
